We endeavour to test for compatibility with most hardware-compatible mobile phones, and will do so as and when phone models become available to us. Do note that the barcode scanning speed on some of the older model phones with lower camera resolution may be slightly slower than the newer model phones with higher camera resolution and faster focussing speed.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Phones must be equipped with camera autofocus feature and LED flash to ensure smooth usage of PayAdvisorMobile® during barcode scanning.

A: The submitted data is stored in the PayAdvisorMobile® database server.

Account Questions

A: Your account can be closed and deactivated upon your request. To close an account, please contact PayAdvisorMobile® Team.

A: No. We do not delete accounts automatically. The request has to be initiated by the customer (or account owner). Otherwise, all data will be kept intact.

A: Yes. Majority of PayAdvisorMobile® data is exportable to Microsoft Excel format.

A: Yes. Please contact us separately if you require licenses of custom-duration.

A: Yes. You are allowed to purchase licenses for periods of 1, 6, 12 or up to 24 months. For license renewals, you are allowed to renew a license for a minimum renewal period of 1 month. There is no limit to the number of months a license can be renewed.

A: The turnaround time for the setup of a new PayAdvisorMobile® account is 48 hours. PayAdvisorMobile® Team will contact you via email to inform once the account is set up and activated.

For New Account Setup with Licence Purchase

A: For payment by cheque: Upon payment clearance (within 2-3 business days after receipt), the account will be set up with the licenses activated within 24 hours of payment clearance.

For New Licence Purchase or Licence Renewal with an existing account

A: For payment by cheque: Upon payment clearance (within 2-3 business days after receipt), the new licenses will be activated within 24 hours of payment clearance.
