NEW POSITION OF PayAdvisorMobile®

PayAdvisorMobile® is an end-to-end people management platform that covers every stage of the employee lifecycle; from hiring, pre & onboarding to employee engagement and retention for productivity and company success. This integrated system includes the automation of core HR operations in Employee Administration, Leave, Claim and Performance Appraisal Modules. Real-time HR Analytics Dashboards are available for HR and Management's decision-making.

Other available Optional Modules are Integrated Training System and Intelligent Scheduler (for Day/Night Shift/AM/PM leave) and Roster (different working days per week).

PAM'S EMPLOYEE LIFECYCLE (OPTIONAL MODULE)

1. Automate Recruitment

An Applicant Tracking System that is integrated into PayAdvisorMobile® System, allowing your HR to track an applicant at different stages from the start to finish. It is a platform that allows for easy management and tracking of job applications, hiring processes, as well as communication among the job applicants, your HR Recruitment and your interviewers.

2. Digitalize Interview

HR schedules the shortlisted applicant(s) with company interviewers digitally in one central system. Notifications are sent out via the system and responses are received from the system. You will get all your recruitment work automated from shortlisting - interview - auto-convert selected applicant record to employee record in your PayAdvisorMobile® System.

3. Onboarding

Onboarding a new employee no longer requires HR to send and reply emails. Neither does HR need to call or text the new employee.

The Onboarding Module in PayAdvisorMobile® System enables HR to configure different onboarding templates. HR can configure when and what information is required of a new employee to provide and follow up through an automated email system. HR is able to create/update email content according to company policies and practices.

6. Performance Management

Upon completion of appraisal, our bell curve plotting system intelligence will then determine the bonus and increment pay for management's approval.

Once the Bonus and Increment Proposal are finalized, HR can update the system in 1 page and 1 Click.

7. Employee Development

Our All-In-One HR System allows HR to provide a holistic Employee Development plan for an Employee, making your Company more competitive with a more equipped and capable workforce.

PayAdvisorMobile® believes that employee development begins with the definition of Job Description for each job, essential for HR or Department Heads to perform Learning Needs Analyses.

Apart from the Job Responsibilities, Learning Needs Analysis can be determined after a Performance Review in the Performance Appraisal Modules.

Training Budget is computed simultaneously.

8. Separation

Upon receiving a resignation letter, HR can send an Exit Interview Questionnaire for the resigned employee and arrange a face-to-face meeting (to add a touch).

The face-to-face meeting with HR or Department Head is more fruitful because the Exit Interview would have been filled and to use to facilitate discussion.
