Important Update: Changes to Construction Productivity Data (CPD) Requirements
Effective 1 May 2026, the requirements for submitting Construction Productivity Data (CPD) will be updated to enhance digital integration across the industry.
What is Changing?
For all new projects with a Permit to Commence Work (PTCW) application made on or after 1 May 2026, builders must ensure their system is fully integrated with the SGBuildex data exchange platform.
